Yo what’s up guys! It’s Stan K. And this is Vlog Post #478.

[Generic House Music]

Before I get started, I just want to give a quick shout out to all my K-bees who’ve supported me on Patreon. As you all know, every dollar I receive gets reinvested back into the VLOG—so that means better cameras, more travel, and of course, more hot young interns.

But today... yo I can’t believe I’m ‘bout to do this. Yo, I don’t think we can post this one. Yo cut cut.

Okay, I’m back. Fuck man. Alright, so today, I’m talking about my mental health.

So, yeah, like, for years I’ve struggled to understand why I feel so bad, like, all the time. Even though I just passed 4 Million TikTok followers, 1 Million Youtube subscribers and 2 Million Instagram followers like I am seriously so sad, and legitimately… I feel unwell.

So I started doing a ton of research. I watched YouTube videos. Studied for hours on TikTok, just to get to the bottom of all of this pain and suffering. And this week, I finally discovered the actual root cause.

It’s called Anti-Trauma.

And some of the symptoms of Anti-Trauma are being, like, raised in an upper-middle class suburban neighborhood, or being an only child of two helicopter parents. But the most common symptom for people like me, who are suffering, is that we've never actually had a challenging experience in our entire lives.

Which is what makes it like way worse for us than people who totally experienced legit trauma. Like people that were abused as a kids that makes total sense why they're like sad and depressed and shit. But for people like me, I should be entitled to feel happy like literally all the time, yet here I am, I’m fuckin’ sad bro. So yeah, it’s like way worse for me.

Anyway, I just wanted to post this video so we can start having a dialogue to combat the stigma of people who actually are suffering from Anti-Trauma. I am also pushing the American Psychiatric Association to include Anti-Trauma in the upcoming DSM-VI.

And I definitely suggest that if you want to support finding a cure for this crippling disease, like and subscribe to this channel, and think about becoming a K-bee by paying a monthly subscription fee to my Patreon. We can totally fight this thing together, you all.

Anyway, that’s it for today, join me on my next VLOG where I talk about dope new mixed drink recipes that include my signature tequila. It's called K-ripped-2-nite. It’s kinda like Kryptonite, but spelled way doper. “K, hyphen, ripped, hyphen, the number two, hyphen, nite.” Peace y’all.
